Information on the legal obligation to take back waste electrical equipment

As a manufacturer and distributor of electrical equipment, Venner Medical is obliged to take back waste electrical and electronic equipment free of charge in accordance with §3 ElektroG.

To fulfil these obligations, Venner Medical is registered under the following WEEE registration number with the Foundation for Waste Electrical Equipment Register (Stiftung Elektro-Altgeräte-Register EAR): DE 15005518

Take-back and disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment

In accordance with our take-back obligation, Venner Medical offers you the possibility of free take-back and disposal of all electrical and electronic equipment manufactured and/or placed on the market by us.

The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin on the electrical devices and accompanying documents informs you that they must not be disposed of with household waste (§10 ElektroG).
In the case of personal data on the end-of-life devices to be disposed of, the end-user is responsible for deleting such data before disposing of or returning the end-of-life devices to Venner (§19a ElektroG). Please pay attention to this if necessary.

In accordance with the requirements of the Packaging Act (VerpackG), all transport and sales packaging is taken back free of charge.

By participating in a dual system, Venner Medical ensures in this case that all sales packaging that accumulates at the end consumer is recycled in the best possible way and disposed of properly.

In order to fulfil these obligations, Venner Medical is registered with the “Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister” under the registration number DE5406628952703 and has commissioned Duales System Zentek® GmbH & Co KG, based in Cologne, as a service provider for this purpose.
