1992 | The Kitro 1 (the forerunner to PEGASUS and PEGA® pumps) receives its regulatory market approval. In doing so, the foundations have been laid for successful mobile infusion Pumps from Kiel. This pump was designed for pulsative hormone therapy used in the treatment of infertility in both men and women as well as for desferal therapy (one year later). | |

During its initial phase up until 1992, the company acts as a pure marketing firm offering products in the USA, Germany, and England. At the same time, Harm Kölln and Peter Stock found Bissendorf Medical Instrument GmbH in Kiel. |
